Merry Christmas!

Sammy, Wabos and /|\ ...Thank you for giving to us all year round. Each concert I see, each song I hear and each article I read takes me to my own little place. You put life into perspective in how to have fun, relax and forget. Thank you! Peace and Merry Christmas to all of you and your families. See you in 2011…

Good Times

The first time I saw the Red Rocker was at the Texxas Jam in 1983. I rode with my friends in a old 70 Chevelle from Oklahoma City to Dallas. It was a bad ass event with Styx, Triumph, Ted Nugent, and
Uriah Heep in the Cotton Bowl. I made it to a couple of VanHagar concerts in the late 80s that were great. We use to have concerts at All Sports Stadium (old 89er ball park) at the Oklahoma City fairgrounds before they made it a parking lot. I took my girlfriend now wife Dawna on her birthday to see Sammy. It was a killer time from what I can remember. Mas Tequila

SCREAMIN' EAGLES ROCKIN' FOR A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE RED RUG

The only college football game in the entire country this Friday night December 17th is between Eastern Washington University and Villanova for the right to play for the national championship on January 7th.

They will be playing this game on the bright red football field turf that I mentioned in a blog last August.

Sammy...you really need to watch this game at 5PM PST Friday December 17th on ESPN2, I believe.

You...yes...YOU, Sammy, could be filming a live outdoor concert there sometime in the future.

But you got to want it.

Nothing comes cheap.

AeroHagar (aka Sammy Hagar and Aerosmith)

OK, as you all know, the Red Rocker recently opened for Aerosmith on a few dates. I personally didn't see it, but I know that would be an amazing concert. Anyway, I don't know if anyone remembers this, but a while back when Steven Tyler fell off the stage during an Aerosmith show in North Dakota, he had to go back to rehab for painkillers. I was really disappointed because I was going to see Aerosmith with ZZ Top and the show got cancelled.
