Confessions of a Redhead

I am ashamed to admit, and I thank goodness I can't remember his name, that I went on a date with a nice marine, whom I wasn't attracted to, to get to go to my second Sammy Hagar concert in Portland Oregon, must have been 1983ish, I wore my (now very embarrassing thought I looked cool at the time) red jump suit. That was uncool (me going on the date when I knew I was not going to give it up to this guy) not the concert. :) :(
I take that back, he was kind of a pushy guy, AND it was my FIRST Sammy Hagar concert, so that explains it! LOL!

I am on the inside, looking in...
I am on the inside, looking in...

Fellow Red Rocker Fans, the previous entry and then the next few entries are blogs written from last summer 2011 @ http://adventuresofadramateacher.wordpress.com/ . My summer blogs until my BUCKET LIST trip to Cabo Wabo for Sammy's Birthday Bash 2012 will continue thereafter. If you get it, you'll get me...Come along, I am like Rock Candy.

“I’m on the inside, looking in, I’m on the inside, that’s where I'v been.” How do we chase our demons away? “There’s me, there’s him, there’s you and there’s us, all by the same name, so what’s the fuss?” ~Sammy Hagar.

It's your one way ticket to midnight.
It's your one way ticket to midnight.
It's your one way ticket to midnight.

As Sammy Hagar’s “I’ll Fall in Love Again” plays over and over along with more of my Red Rocker favorites, I wander back in my mind to my days of Red. Most of the people I shared these days with are on Facebook, and or are still my friends, and they might remember when I wore crimson as much as I now where my paint overalls (retired 2011).
