Sammy Says scheduling will determine whether Chickenfoot or The Circle record will be next

Sammy plans to be busy with new music in 2018, but where his focus will lie remains to be seen. Sammy revealed his plans to host Eddie Trunk on his Trunk Nation radio show, explaining that he'll either be working on Chickenfoot's third studio album or the first disc from The Circle.

The recent Loudwire Music Awards Humanitarian Award winner told Trunk, "Joe [Satriani] and I have been talking, when he finishes his our next June, if he has enough time and if Chad [Smith]'s available, about doing another Chickenfoot record. And if they can't do it, if we can't all get together, then I'm gonna do a Circle record. It's gonna be one or the other. Those are my two favorite bands in the world, and I would like to do a Circle record."
