My trip to Vegas last week was awesome! First we stopped by the Cabo Wabo for some tacos and margaritas. I ended up jammin with a country rock band that rocked 2 female fiddle players - awesome! Eddie Trunk, Kari and I had a blast - the Trunk is the best hang! What a trooper, he took a bottle of Beach Bar rum and a bottle of Cabo back to his hotel room???? My man.
As most Redheads know, I've been going to Cabo for my birthday ever since 1981 and in the late 80s my son Andrew was around 3 or 4 and he used to have play-dates with these two kids in the neighborhood - Christian and Carlos Carenzo. Check out the photos from my 42nd birthday with my partners Marco and Jorge and Andrew and the boys and their mother, Alicia.
Hey Jimmy - Getting punked by the Good Will Hunter Matt F#$@% Damon was *not* cool! I got your back, brother! I'm comin cross the street with a safe haven for you with drinks and tacos (and security) any time.

Wow didn't know what to expect as the Wabos hadn't been to Oklahoma in a while, but both shows sold out quick an the Redheads came to party! We had a blast. Lots of familiar faces from everywhere I love that SH--. Seems like the Redheads get really horny for the party after a Chickenfoot tour! Here we come 4 decades of rock comin' soon weeeeeee!

Hanging with my country pals Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney at the CMT Artists of the Year show- congratulations to you both for being selected as artists of the year and it was an honor to present to Kenny! If you missed it last night, you can catch it again on CMT Monday night or watch the full show online here.
I had a great time cooking with my brother Bob this year and hope you were able to be with family & friends as well. Wishing Redheads everywhere a Happy Thanksgiving from the whole Hagar family. Peace!
What a weekend in New Orleans with Emeril and his foundation raising money for kids!
Couldn't be prouder -- for the 7th year in a row, the Birthday Bash weekend with me and Emeril brought in the highest bidders for the Carnival du Vin auction! We've raised more than $1 million with this package already. Watch out for next year's auction - we're going to reinvent it! Emeril's foundation does incredible work and it's always an honor and a blast to be part of it.
Had a great time the other night celebrating Bob Weir's 65th bday down at the Sweetwater with friends and family. Happy birthday, Bob!
Bob and I will also be stopping by the Sweetwater again tonight for a special benefit for the Coming Home Project! Tickets might still be available and I hear it will be webcast on Yahoo Music, too. Info at http://www.tristudios.com/events/mooncussers-concert-benefit-coming-home...
Man, this is hand's down the best birthday bash yet! Hangin' at the beach with my family and friends, then my buddy Emeril cooked us an amazing dinner and we all headed to the Cabo Wabo where Kenny Chesney brought the whole band down and tore it up for 3 hours! The fans were so off the hook I just had to hit the stage and jam on a couple songs with Kenny -- and we even got Emeril on stage with us to sing back up on "I Can't Drive 55".
