CD instructions?????

Has anyone received the instructions on how to get the CD yet????? Nothing came with the ticket purchase confirmation like was mentioned at the concert & on the website.

I was at the Circle Show at Mystic Lake in Minnesota last Friday Night. AN AMAZING SHOW, but haven't received word one on what I need to do to get the free CD. No e-mail, no download, no instructions, NOTHING.
It seems like the REAL "Space Between" may be between whoever put this promo together and the Red Rocker fans who thought it was real.
