Playing in the band on "Select Dates" for Sammy Hagar on his “4 Decades Of Rock” will be Van Halen/Chickenfoot bass guitar Michael Anthony and Montrose drummer Denny Carmassi and bass guitar Bill Church.

Hagar will be playing with his long-time band The Wabos Aug. 15-18 and Sept. 4. Anthony joins him for shows scheduled for Aug. 23-31 and Sept. 6-7. Carmassi and Church appear Aug. 31 & Sept. 6-7

Sammy did a interview with Dogface & Joe from 98 Rock in Sacramento yesterday and said he was in the studio working on a 4 Decades of Rock album with 3-4 new songs. He said he is playing Tahoe on May 3-4 2013 at South Shore Room and there will be a Cinco De Mayo Party on Sunday at Cabo Wabo Cantina. Also Sammy's Island Bar & Grill in Roseville will be having a 1st anniversary Sammy Day street party the 1st weekend in Sept. He hopes to play a show at the Sleeptrain in Marysville,Ca the next day after street party.
