Update on Atlantic City Beach Bar & Grill

March 08, 2013

Following months of ongoing discussions, Sammy Hagar has regretfully been unable to come to terms with Caesars Entertainment on the rebuilding of the Sammy Beach Bar & Grill at Bally's Atlantic City Hotel and Casino. Since opening in May 2010, the restaurant had been a popular boardwalk destination until it was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. While Hagar continues to explore a new partnership in the region, he and his Hagar Family Foundation will remain committed to the Atlantic City community through which he has supported local children’s charities for the last several years.

This laptop is a perfect choice for those who need a powerful machine for multitasking and productivity. With its 10th generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD, the Dell Inspiron 15 5593 provides smooth performance and fast boot times. best laptops under 700

My friend told me his experiences in Atlantic City Beach Bar and Grill and he said that it's one of the most beautiful bars to drink beer and the beach is also wonderful. It's one of the place that you can relax and forget about your stress from work.

This really sux...This was a great bar. I seriously hope Sammy can team up with another casino and open another Beach Bar or even a Cantina.

what a shame that there will be no sammys beach bar this year in atlantic city new jersey. have spent alot of time and money there over the past three years. will not be the same. glad i purchased my t-shirt last summer. saw the write up in a local paper a few days ago and it sounded like bally's was asking way too much in return. maybe next year both sides can work out something. keep rockin sammy.

The only good news out of this story is no one will really lose any jobs. Caesar's Entertainment is rebuilding the Beach Bar and it will reopen as the Bally's Beach Bar (the old name before Sammy took over). The casinos in AC are really struggling to make money so I bet they tried to screw Sammy and charge an awful lot of money for him to reopen it. I'm glad he stood his ground with them but I really hope we get another location in the Philly/NJ area.

UGH!!! Soooooo sad!!! The Beach Bar in AC was really my only chance to get a taste of the Sammy/Cabo experience near my home in NJ.

Sammy - please consider a new spot in AC or maybe in Philly!!! With 2 little kids right now I can't afford a trip to Cabo (my wife would probably divorce me too if I went without her!) so the Beach Bar or some version of a Cantina in the Northeast USA is my only hope for now!

Thanks for everything with the Beach Bar over the past 3 years. I got to meet Sammy twice over the last 2 years on his surprise visits to the bar when he was in town!

You would think that they would have no problem, with Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville set to open this Memorial day weekend.Hopefully Sammy and Guy's restaurant will come to be.
And hopefully we still get a 4 decades tour coming to AC or Philly area this summer !! Thank You for 3 great summers on the beach !!!

That is too bad. I never made it to the Beach Bar before the storm. I was looking forward to a visit at a new place there.
Hey Sammy… St. Petersburg is re-building the Pier. It would be a great place for one of your bars. We have a great college town.
We have USF and the Honda Grand Prix. Vinoy Park hosts the RibFest, Taste of Pinellas and the Fourth of July celebration.

You would do really well here!

That sucks.

Perhaps this is an opportunity to re-establish closer to me! Please explore the Delaware/Maryland beaches or even the Philly/Wilm. Delaware area. (End of shameless plug!)

I know VA Beach is Kari country and I've always thought that would be a great place for a Sammy restaurant.

What a great loss to the community and fans. Hoping another locale will be in full support of reopening. Sammy and family are true unspoken heros to continue their efforts on helping others. You make us Redheads proud!
Perhaps a location in NYC would be awesome!

I don't know all the details but it just seems sad....so many employees out of work, people just trying to earn an honest living and support their families... seems like there should be a lot of $$$ to re build ( insurance or personal) very sad!

As a local South Jersey resident, this is disturbing on so many levels. Caesars can't afford to play hardball on anything that is a pure positive to the resorts here.
We felt the news was not going to be good since we've witnessed no rebuilding of the bar.
For what it's worth, we're greatly disappointed and only hope that there is another location that will offer open arms to your establishment. What we fear, is unless another location occurs ... more miles will distance us once again from having an opportunity to hang out with you Sammy.
Guess we will have to plan some trips west to visit you !
Thank you for the update and for keeping it real.

Bring it to the Poconos.

We have three casinos in the area and it would be bringing the beach to the mountains. We are also a decent drive from NY and NJ.

Many would love it!!!!!!!
