UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS is the new home for "SAMMY HAGAR’s Top Rock Countdown," which has been on the air for exactly one year, and was formerly produced and distributed by the ENVISAGE RADIO GROUP, with ad sales handled by USRN.

HAGAR and TC MANAGEMENT have pacted with UNITED STATIONS to oversee all network functions for the program going forward, according to UNITED STATIONS EVP/Programming ANDY DENEMARK and TC MANAGEMENT’s TOM CONSOLO.

"SAMMY HAGAR's Top Rock Countdown" airs for two hours each weekend on more than 90 rock radio stations, including such legendary call letters as WLUP/CHICAGO, KSHE/ST. LOUIS and KGON/PORTLAND, OR. The two-hour show is programmed thematically each week as HAGAR presents his Top 20 songs related to the subject matter of his choice.

"SAMMY HAGAR’s Top Rock Countdown" joins a UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS lineup of that includes programs hosted by ALICE COOPER, STEVEN VAN ZANDT, LOU BRUTUS and RIKI RACHTMAN. The NEW YORK-based company was founded in 1994 by radio pioneers DICK CLARK and NICK VERBITSKY.
