Ordered on the 29th, charged for order, but still says it is "processing"?? When are these orders going to ship?

Ordered this deal on Black Friday but my order seems stuck on processing. I would like to contact someone to check on the order but there is no email or phone number to contact if you are having a problem. Anyone know how to contact the store? Hoping to get it before Christmas as it is a gift.
Yay got into the Black Friday shopping this year and only at the Red Rocker site. Got a few tshirts and that Live DVD. Can't wait!!! Was at 5 shows in 2014 this will bring me back to the awesome times we had that year. And still having a blast in 2015 with The Circle! Keep on Rockin!!
It will not let me order when XL shirt is selected. Not going to buy one too small. Also the regular store only shows that you can buy a bobble head. There is nothing else in the store.
Disapointing!
Very disappointed. Tried to order the bundle and I can't because the website won't accept an order with an XL shirt! What good is the bundle if the shirt you need can't be ordered. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I think it was with a Chickenfoot bundle that they 'ran out of' shirt sizes.
