Red Head "Red Mojito" Recipe!
Sammy recently signed some bottles of his rum for Bevmo - all of which sold out within an hour! Red Head is now available at some Bevmo stores. Brandon Parkhurst from Brick and Bottle restaurant has come up with a new recipe called the “Red Mojito” and we wanted to share it with you!
2 oz Sammy’s “Red Head” Beach Rum
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3 fresh raspberries
4-6 mint leaves
Muddle raspberries, mint and lime in a shaker to release the mint oils and raspberry juices. Add rum. Shake lightly. Pour into an ice filled collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime wheel and fresh mint.
