Sammy and Vic have recorded and released a new stripped down acoustic version of "Personal Jesus"! Originally written by Depeche Mode and famously covered by Johnny Cash, Sammy first recorded a rockin' version with Neal Schon, Michael Anthony and Chad Smith for his previous release "Sammy Hagar & Friends".
"Personal Jesus" is now available for purchase in the iTunes store as part of an exclusive 12-song Bonus edition of Lite Roast. For those who have already purchased the album, you can grab just the new track on it's own.
Note: Canada Redheads will see the track released only as a separate single early next week.

This is at the top of the list of my all time favorite Sammy albums. It's great to hear Sammy's soulful voice and Vic's hot licks on the guitar. Keep doing this!

Sammy LOVE LOVE Personsal Jesus from Sammy and Friends and Lite Roast too. Love the blues sound to it you and Vic gave it. Seen you perform this a few times in concert one of my favorites to watch you sing. You put so much into that song gives me chills. ~Ang

We need these files in MP3 format. I don't have an apple product. I buy all my music from Amazon. I just ordered the cd this week but I want the new tunes too. How can those of us without Itunes get them? Thanks.
