I've never complained on here, but I guess I am now.
I can't understand how, when I preordered the cd and shirt here, that my cd still hasn't shipped?
I just don't get it. I see it in the stores and if ordered at Amazon it would have been at my door 3 days ago........yet by ordering it here, it still hasn't shipped? Crazy.
I'm not into downloads, that's why I ordered a cd. I'm fine with paying more, paying extra shipping, but feel that fans on here should've at least had it shipped on release day.

When you made your order it included a digital downloaded code that you will find on your receipt. Click on that link and the album will download! That download was available immediately at midnight on September 24th and any physical merchandise will arrive in your mailbox soon, if not already!
I wish I could hear the new cd, I preordered it & now 2 days after it came out in stores I still don't have it.I see where people who bought it in the store are really enjoying it, isn't that wonderful? I think it's awful that the loyal fans get this kind of treatment, we pay extra for the extra content & apparently it means nothing because those pockets have already been lined. It's the last time I promise my money, I'll wait to hear it before I buy it from now on, I have lost all faith in what has always been an exciting & mesmerizing event, a favorite artist releasing new music means nothing but a business venture anymore & I will treat it as such. I won't risk my hard earned dollar on a product I don't know is any good, I'll wait & listen to it through other means & maybe never buy it.
