Birthday Bash Ticket Registration/Drawing Complete
The registration for Birthday Bash tickets was fast and furious (and happily free of any technical issues) and the random drawing has now completed!
If you were selected, you will have received an email confirmation. You may also check the status of your registration by visiting: http://redrocker.inticketing.com/confirm. Remember that you pick up your tickets at the club starting at 2pm the day of your show. Come early in the day to avoid long lines!

Note: If you are planning on being in Cabo during the shows anyways, the only other tickets that will be available are extremely limited dinner ticket packages that will be sold first come, first served only from the venue on the following dates:
Noon on October 6th for the Shows on the 7th and 9th
Noon on October 10th for the Shows on the 11th and 13th

Just returned from Cabo yesterday. While I enjoyed my time in Cabo, the whole reason we booked this trip was for the Birthday bash. Of course we signed up for all nights for tickets.. got none, even had a 2nd chance, again none, but OK we will party in the street outside like we did 5 yrs ago. This was a bust, while we could see on the big screen the sound was terrible!!! No offer to sell us drinks other than Corona?? I wanted a waborita? What happended? No one could explain. Also I saw people leave after only 15-20 minutes in? I was approached and asked if I wanted to buy their wrist band? I told them they would accept tampered bands, I was partially correct as I watched many times this transaction happen and some got by the security and some did not it depended on how good they were in getting it off and onto the person who bought it. Also I heard from MANY people and saw on the wrists of MANY people MULTIPLE wristbands for MULTIPLE. Hey spread the wealth, why did so many people get more than one night, this is a problem if not solved I believe will turn those of us who cannot make this trip but once or tiwce in a lifetime to not even try anymore. Rant over...
So what is going to happen with the returned tickets? Will they be re-drawn?
Hey CowboWabo, dinner show tickets will be tough, but doable. I would check if there is a line 24 hours before the sale time. If it's much past the corner, probably gonna be too late. Spend lots of time talking to everyone while you are down there. Sometimes people know someone who came alone and has 2 tix. find one, then keep looking to find another. It has worked for me before. the earlier the show, the better the chance too.

Unfortunately, I cannot attend the Bash now and have two tickets for October 9th. I would love to get them to folks who need them but don't know how if I'm not in Cabo. Since it says they are non-transferrable anyone know a way to work this out? I would hate for them to go to waste.

I was extremely lucky to have won tickets for three nights ! YES.. 3 nights in Cabo. I cannot stay for that long, so I have tried to communicate with the ticket peeps to get them refunded/released so somebody else can have them.
And NO.. I cannot sell them.. Non-Transferable... Remember

Sorry Peeps... but I was extra lucky in the on-line drawing and received tickets for 3 nights... YES THREE!! THe 1st, 2nd and 4th nites. I want to keep the last night... on his birthday... But I am having trouble reaching anybody to return/refund, etc so they can be available for others. Any suggestions... would be appreciated.

Hey Bob087, I am both a Birthday Bash Virgin and typically drunk so thanks for setting me straight. Looks like there are a lot of other posts with folks trying to buy or trade tickets as well. Guess my only hope is dinner tickets. It sounds like you are seasoned at this. Can you or anyone else reading this post tell me what the chances are on getting dinner tickets? Thanks!

I am not a happy girl! We booked our trip to Cabo for the Birthday Bash back in April before the dates where even announced. I've been looking forward to it. Registered for tickets for all the dates and we did not get any. We don’t arrive till the 7th so I can’t stand inline on the 6th to try. So we have 1 shot of getting tickets standing in line. Can someone who has stood in line before give me some advice on how to make sure we get tickets?

Hey Cowbo Wabo. It seems by your post that you are a Birthday Bash Virgin or at least were to drunk to remember how the tickets work.
THESE TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. They DO NOT issue tickets in the normal sense of the word. They issue wristbands. The wristband is placed on your person WHEN YOU PICK THEM UP. On some years you also have to have your guest with you. They check each wristband when you enter the building to be sure that it isn't tampered with.
Now, with that system you can still sell one of your wristbands to someone else, but rest assured, YOU will need to be attending each show as well.
And by the way, if you registered twice for the same show and got 2 sets of tickets. I would be very careful when picking them up. If you try to get all 4 you will most likely be denied ANY tickets. If they see your name on the list twice, they may still deny you access. This was part of the ticket purchase information at the link below:

We would love to purchase tickets that you nice people aren't needing. However we have no idea how to go about doing that. In the past we had to show ID and get our bracelets at the door. All the information had to match. Selling tickets was not allowed. Does anyone have any information?

Greetings fellow RedHeads! Money talks, bull$hit walks, but we just love those goldilocks. My starting bid is $250.00 EA. for 2 tickets... That's $500.00 USD in case you drank too much Cabo Wabo and are to fupped duck to add ;-) The only catch is the tickets have to be for the same show. Like many others, We jumped the gun - booked the flights and hotel ahead of time. Guess we didn't plan on living this long and have a short bucket list. Besides, If the Mayan calendar is right, this could be the last chance to catch Sammy's B-day Bash (AKA... I can't die @ 65 - Bash). On the other hand... if the Mayan's are wrong, we still have to pay our taxes. Oh Well... Mas Tequila! If we don't make the show, chances are we'll settle to getting $hitface out front of the cantina with the rest of our Compadres! Mas Tequila!! Not so bad after all. Give us a shout-out. We are booked at the Wyndham at the Marina, but may move to the Riu Palace. FYI... the Riu is a great all inclusive. Regardless, we ain't bitchen. In the past you have to show ID and get your bracelets at the door. This was to prevent scamming and upselling tickets. I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the first show on the 7th. this will be my first trip to Cabo and the Birthday Bash. I am so looking forward to it. My only issue is that I will be traveling alone, I'm a little leery of this but I figure there will be enough like-minded Redheads around that it will be a safe and fun trip. Can someone explain to us how picking up the tickets worked last year? Once you present your ID/credit card, do they put the bracelets on you or are you handed them? We will be there all week and have a pair for the (9th) that we would like to see go to good use; we will be at the (7th) and (13th) show!! If it's not possible to sale tickets at the gate, we'll attend ourselves.

Didn't get tickets to any of the shows--I am so disappointed. For any of you lucky Redheads that secured tix, I have a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos. I'm in the same boat. except we have couples with tickets for the 7th and 11th. I tried contacting inticketing and they said the event is sold out and no transfers are allowed. This blog is probably the best chance we have of switching. if that fails we are going to try to go early on Sunday and see if anyone will switch.

My travel agent Still keeps reassuring me I'll get into the show because Sammy has always given the people with the same birthday gets ticket in, automatically. I wonder if they would allow a ticket trade? Our best buds are meeting my wife and I in Cabo and we scored tickets for the 13th and they scored tickets for the 11th. It would be nice if someone else was in a particular predicament and they would allow a ticket trade... i.e.. our buds trade their 11th tickets with someone having 13th tickets so everyone would be happy. so what you are saying is that it was not random! but because of the randomness of it? you did not get tickets? i think the system works! just because you dont win the lottery, doesnt mean the lottery folk need to change the way its done so you can win. dont mean to be frank. but it is what it is. you are asking them to change the system for you! i have random drug testing where i work... if i get randomly picked to test? does that mean i should not be on future random picks? no.

It kind of ticks me off that people got tickets to more than one show. I wonder how many of these people are actually going to cabo. This is a HORRIBLE way of doing things.
