It was something I never wanted to admit to. I have had a lot of trouble with it too! I am a recovering addict ( Heroin, Meth, and alcohol )! I have bipolar disorder in which I take Prozac for. I wish I never abused Xanax, but I did! I have panic attacks. I am also dealing with self harm issues. Thank You so much for this book. You put my head back together.

Hello Sammy! I've been listening since, oh... about 1976 (I was 12). I remember my older brother putting "Rock The Nation" on the record player... it was all over from there! Montrose albums were worn flat from so many plays. As he later collected every solo album you put out, I got to rock out on his dime. A few years later he put on "All Night Long" and proudly said he was at one of the shows recorded.

I have been reading new posts about the upcoming 65th Birthday Bash in Cabo, in October. Never been to Cabo always wanted to go. This year I turn the BIG 50 and my wife & I want to go

We have read that tickets go on sale in July or August but need any help on how & where to buy them on-line on the site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated for our first attempt.

Also plan on seeing the "Foot" at Rocklahoma in May!!
